This is the normal way to show that an option is forced-on and can't be
disabled in an array of check boxen:
<input name="wpecho-subscriptions[]" type="checkbox" value="web-edit-user-talk"
checked="checked" id="mw-input-wpecho-subscriptions-web-edit-user-talk"
disabled="true">
I would just proffer a patch, but I couldn't see how nodismiss options were
coming back out as NULL. The best I can do is a screenshot of what it looks
like. Sorry! :-)
