On the English Wikipedia, with "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just
the most recent" turned off and "Show Wikidata edits in your watchlist" turned
on, every change to the Wikidata entries corresponding to my watched pages
appears to be listed in my watchlist, as opposed to only the most recent change
to each entry.
