The project pages on wikitech are growing insanely.
Not only is the served html huge (containing any and all log entries since the
creation of the project, e.g. December 2012). The table of contents is also
blown up, bumping the page contents far down (since the instances table clears
the float first).

Over 150 headings in the table of contents. 2 page folds of empty space before
the rest of the content.
