Currently we steal all the things on action=edit for veaction=edit (so
Ctrl-Option-e goes to VisualEditor, leaving nothing for the wikitext editor).
We should add a new one - Ctrl-Option-s (for *s*ource) - though that's used for
save in the wikitext editor, which is a bit odd. Ideas?
