This error messages calls the appropriate interface messages for the errors
(for example, Blockedtext for a block), but does not seem to pass in the right
parameters. For example, if you edit from a blocked account or IP address and
try to undo an edit, you will see Blockedtext, but the $1, $2, etc. parameters
are still $1, $2, etc., not what they should've been substituted for. The same
issue occurs for when Globalblocking-ipblocked or Protectedpagetext is
displayed.
