Currently, UploadWizard show a progress bar for each file that is being
uploaded, even if you upload multiple ones at the same time.
Instead, it should only show one progress bar for all files so that users can
estimate how long it will take for the files to be uploaded (and go have a
tea/coffee/another drink of their choice in the meantime).
[This is a feature request reported to us by a WLM 2012 participant, and that's
why I'm linking it to our huge tracking bug.]
