It would be helpful to have a built-in method in Scribunto/Lua that allows
retrieving a list of the categories used on a page.
For example, <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Einar_Schleef> would return a list
that includes:
* German dramatists and playwrights
* 1944 births
* 2001 deaths
As these categories are included on this page.
