Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a text field (e.g., the search box)
2. Open input method menu by clicking on the keyboard icon.
3. Click on the "..." option from the "Other languages section".
4. Observe that the language list appears partially outside the current
viewport, which makes it difficult to operate.
