I have to explain this to at least one volunteer in the near future. Having the
documentation to point to would be helpful.

- create free Sauce Labs account[1]
- create free Cloudbees account[2]

- Mediawiki-Vagrant[4] does the majority of the job. browsertests[5] module
explains how to set up Selenium tests. Unfortunately, something is wrong at the
moment[6], at least for me.
