Semantic Glossary extension allows to manage a glossary similarly to Lingo but
it stores the glossary definitions in the form of semantic properties.
1) it should be subcomponent of MediaWiki extensions project
2) the default CC for bugs are Stephan Gambke [email protected] and Yury Katkov

3) voting is enabled
