When redirecting to non-extant pages (or, in this case, nonsense), I suppose
that Parsoid should replicate the existing behaviour of the PHP parser (and
silently fail out of being a redirect), or give a 500-series error (which is
less like existing behaviour, but understandable). A 404 seems wrong, at least.
