on the regular site and visit https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Nearby ,
the page output

My desktop browsers Firefox and Chromium meet those requirements.
Also the ResourceLoader style for no JavaScript is "client-nojs",
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Interface/IDs_and_classes says "JavaScript
removes this and adds .client-js instead."
