If a template is moved to the user namespace e.g., a (review) link still
appears on Special:RecentChanges after edits. Then even if edited by
editors/sysops.
Example:
[[als:Template:User aus Bayern]]
has been moved to
[[als:User:Vorlage/aus Bayern]]
"Benutzer:Vorlage/aus Bayern" and others now have a "(review)" link appended:
