We would like to create a "hiphop" mailing list, initially to discuss
development issues related to migrating the Wikimedia cluster to the HipHop VM.
Currently the HipHop team doesn't have a public developers mailing list. We
met with several of the HipHop developers, and they agreed that it would be a
good idea to have one. I suggested that we might be able to host said mailing
list; hence, this request.
The scope of said mailing list may evolve to be a general mailing list to
discuss other public porting efforts (e.g. WordPress, etc). For now, we
imagine that the list will focus on Wikimedia's needs.
