Currently, non-existant ancestors of a subpage are omitted.
They should be displayed as a red link.
Example: if only components 1, 3 and 5 of A/B/C/D/E exist, that
page is now shown as:
A/B/C/D/E
------------
< A · C · E
But it should be:
A/B/C/D/E
-----------
< A · B · C · D · E
(with B and D as red links).
And if none of the components exist, the path won't be shown at all.
