Steps to reproduce:
0. Enable the "Move" gadget in Preferences in Wikidata
1. Go to a Wikidata page
2. Move a link, say language "de" (German), to another entity
3. Click Add to add new link
4. Click in Language field and type "de"
Actual:
German is not shown in popup suggestions
Expected:
German shows up in popup suggestions
It seems the system remembers there was a "de" link before, and forbids to add
a new one. If I Reload the page, then "de" will appear in suggestions.
