When coordinate values in hours, minutes, seconds are passed to
{{#coordinates:}}, it rejects with an error minute values which are not whole
numbers. This is a change in the behaviour since before a previous bug with
Geodata on Commons, which was described here and promptly fixed by MaxSem:
