Design
1. Don’t show the “Download font when needed” checkbox or text (to be changed).
Only the list of languages for which we can adjust web fonts will be available
(currently existing).
2. The web fonts system internally should work as if the checkbox was checked.
We identify this reduces the possibility for more complex configuration use
cases to reduce preference complexity.
