There is a problem with this file:

It is within the new 50 MP limit, but thumbnails only get rendered till 270 px.
Beyond the server says "Error generating thumbnail Error creating thumbnail:"
without a clear notification.
The threshold seems to be wavering, maybe dependent server load and original
file size.
