On bar.wikipedia they have a person massivly creating abusive account names
(the same person alswiki and other wikis were/are having problems with (coming
from dewiki)). He makes a lot of harmful edits with those accounts. It's a big
problem there. His Internet provider doesn't seem to be willing to stop him
(most probably it are Internet café or open proxy addresses anyway), so the
AbuseFilter is our last, eagerly awaited, hope.
