Steps to reproduce:
1. create a redirect
2. sight it
3. create a draft version which is not a redirect
4. look at it logged in/logged out
Expected results: when you are logged in (last revision shown by default) you
see the draft version. When you are logged out (last sighted version shown by
default) you are redirected.
Actual results: when you are logged out, you will see something like "1.
REDIRECT [[Article]]" (same as in edit preview).
