The fix for bug 29164 do not work for some redirects. E.g.: pages such as
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pa%C3%ADs_das_Ondas
are listed at
https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:BrokenRedirects?limit=500&offset=0
When the user visit a page like that, there is no "redirect" parameter in the
URL, so mw.util.getParamValue('redirect') returns null and AFT is still
visible.
