No, this is not what I wrote. In general, "Language" and "SMW" are more or less independent from each other. Languages are maintained using [1] which means that if a particular "placeholder" is missing a translation, it is up to the community to add those missing translations. SMW-core only provides the English translation and local communities are urged to take care of the adoption for their languages.
