Would be very nice to be able to add a footer to a Wikibase property.
Special:statistics already has this option. If you edit
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Statistics-footer , it will show up at
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:Statistics . At the moment we're
(ab)using https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikibase-datatype-label
because it's in use on every property. A new empty message
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Wikibase-property-footer should be
added. This message should be added to every Wikidata property.
