new entries in the interwikimap are not returned from api.php, while they are
being recognized when parsing some markup as language link.
e.g.
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=interwikimap
currently does not list 'pnb' as a prefix.
