We could use a mailing list (wikimedia-dc) to announce our meetups to local
Wikimedians, as not everyone is active on enwiki but may be involved in other
ways. A mailing list would also be useful to announce other events of interest
to locals, such as requesting volunteers for the recent Wikipedia Academy at
NIH.
