I can deploy the extension myself, so this bug is more for comment than
actually requesting any action.
I would like to enable the Disambiguator extension on test and test2 so that it
can be more widely tested before being rolled out to other wikis. Eventually I
would like to turn it on for all WMF projects and remove all of the
disambiguation code from core (per bug 35981).
