Some stuff changed in the mediawiki_singlenode manifest that is causing the
wikidata puppet manifests to not work now.
I "manually" fixed the manifests to update our test repo this *one* time but my
changes will be overwritten next time we run puppet. I did not update the test
client.
The changes I made need to be reviewed and the puppet manifest looked at to see
if anything else needs updating. Then submit it to gerrit.
