--- Comment #4 from Amqui <[email protected]> --- We are currently trying to find translations into one of the local languages for those namespaces as well right now, so I'm waiting for them before making an announcement to request the addition of the new namespaces, so I can do it the same time. The Wikipedia already uses "Project:" and "Portal:" titles in the mainspace as we speak, so there is no emergency to implement new namespaces.
