uls-trigger element not at en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org
The element is visible at sandbox.translatewiki.net, but not at
en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org. We have a failing Selenium test that checks if
the "select language" popup appears when the element is clicked.
