I am writing to inform you that the Pashto wikibooks project has been locked
without before warning of inactivity or any other form of information to the
admin or any other native users of that project. There has been a consensus of
locking the project by limited unknown users which you can find it here:

I ask you to reopen this project and let the community make changes into the
main page and expand its content.
