Hi. Please:
change project's name from "ВікіНовини" to "Вікіновини", 4th namespace name
change to "Вікіновини", current leave as an alias; 5th namespace name change to
"Обговорення Вікіновин", current leave as an alias. (all names without quotes,
sure)
