In the new create account form, if the createacct-benefit-heading text is
short, the numbers underneath can get clipped. See e.g.
http://cs.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Speci%C3%A1ln%C3%AD:P%C5%99ihl%C3%A1sit&type=signup&useNew=1
Also, if the heading is narrow enough the text explaining the number gets
pushed below the icon (see attached screenshot, exaggerated).
