Steps to Reproduce ::
1)Navigate to a page and click Edit link
2)Click on Search and Replace icon
3)Type Search for (existing word) and Replace with
4)Click 'Replace' button
<<User is not acknowledged when word is replaced. (But) Message is displayed
when search does not match>>
Expected Outcome ::
User shall be acknowledged when words are replaced.
Also it would be better if number of words included in ACK.
