SkinMobileWML extends SkinMobileBase however uses very little of it (so does a
lot of unnecessary processing). We should make it self contained and then merge
SkinMobileBase with SkinMobile.
Also with various skin improvements there is a danger of breaking WML in the
present state so it should be better sandboxed.
