Steps to reproduce:
* Go to http://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3323127
* Delete the RU sitelink
* Add an RU sitelink to Камак
* It will display KAMAK as the first choice. Камак is not even listed
* If you simply save, it will still save Камак, but it will display KAMAK
* Only after reloading it will display the link
