Using MediaWiki-Vagrant at the Amsterdam Hackathon dev setup tutorial didn't
work well because concurrent attempts by each participant to pull the 300 Mb
base box saturated the shared WiFi link.
This could be resolved by adding programmatic support and ample documentation
for sharing a box image on a LAN. Alternately, we could bundle all the
prerequisites on a hard medium, like CDs or USB sticks.
