http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Main_Page
2) Click search field
3) Click keyboard icon
4) Click the cog icon in the menu
Observed: Input settings popup opens in the middle of the page
5) Click [...]
Observed: Language settings popup is positioned next to the cog icon in the
sidebar
Observed: A triangle pointing towards the cog icon from the popup
Expected: Language settings open in middle of the page, without a triangle
