If interwiki import is used with the option to "include all templates", and the
target page has an out-of-date cache because included templates have changed,
then the list for "View templates on this page" may not reflect the current
cascade of included templates, and those are the ones that get imported. Hence,
the importation can included templates that are no longer part of the page and
exclude ones that are.
With Special:Import, the cache of the target page should be purged before the
list of included templates is processed.
