Assuming these are all properly maintained in version control and triggered either periodically or on Gerrit events, there should be no need to manually re-trigger a build (other than for maintenance purposes by Antoine and myself). Simply say 'recheck' on Gerrit or amend a patchset to re-trigger a run. That's how everyone else does it.
