Duplicated Tamil buttons in Input settings screen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open input settings panel
2. click on ... button to choose language. Choose a language that is already
shown in the 3 buttons along with this ... button
Expected result:
Button labels does not change because you did not select any new languages
Observed result:
The last button(3rd) is replaced with the selected languages, making buttons
duplicated.
