Hi,
After upgrading from 1.19.5 to 1.19.7 the Special:RecentChanges?feed=rss page
did not clear memcache. Specifically the version number in the <generator> tag.
If I visit the same page without the feed=rss the page loaded correctly and
then the feed=rss page then displayed the correct version number.
I had the same issue on two additional sites but to fix these I restarted the
memcache servers instead of visiting the non rss feed page. This also fixed the
issue.
This makes me think that memcache is not being cleared correctly for the rss
feed after an upgrade.
