When a sysop tried to protect [[de:Kadhi (Gericht)]] for creation, a database
error occured:
A database error has occurred. Did you forget to run maintenance/update.php
after upgrading? See:

For me this seems not to be an issue with upgrading, but with AFT. If AFT
protections work on page ids it doesn't make sense to protect missing articles
anyway.
