At the moment the monuments database backend runs in ~erfgoed at the
Toolserver. Harvesting works, api works, but some of the batch scripts don't
complete because the database queries are too slow.
I'm setting up a duplicate enviroment at labs to see how this works. I already
setup ~heritage, got the database up and running and the api going.
At the moment I'm stuck at the harvesting part.
