VE does not allow selecting text in edit summary field and refuses input (and
re-focus) completely after this field lost focus
At mediaWiki wiki, where VE is default, I was unable to complete my edit
summary after I tried to select text that was greyed out.
I am using Firefox 21.0 and the issue occurred at
