Bug ID: 49212
Summary: Mis-attribution of deletion actions to localhost IP
due to Translate extension(?)

Per discussion with Siebrand, the subject link shows an action (apparently from
the Translate tool?) appears to have been done by localhost's IP.
I understand from Chris Steipp that there's a known occasional issue with
actions done in the queue system, but that this is the first time we've seen it
happen with a deletion action - is this immediately caused by some new
functionality in the Translate extension that does deletions now?
This is quite concerning for us (and for our communities) - do you know what's
causing this as a root issue on the Translate extension side?
