There are only three languages upstream. 2. Contributing or changing translations requires a pull request. We would prefer TranslateWiki. The MathJax people seem fine with this too; they just haven't been accepted yet (not sure if it's just a matter of time, or there are blockers). This bug will help with 1. I'll do the pull request this time.
