Sorry, but why is it broken? And what can we do to fix it? I was under the impression that we needed to activate the #coordinates parser, which we have done (see http://en.wikivoyage.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=geosearch&gsradius=10000&gscoord=40.7193|-74.0019).
