This works for me. Please can you confirm that this works on your server, with your configuration? Remaining Problems, which I saw, are: i) The difference view of MediaWiki (MediaWiki recent changes feed = difference view) introduces a table layout in the RSS feed, which is however not rendered by the extension in its present form.
