Due to increasing vandalism by anonyms, community on id.wikipedia has aggree to
block anonyms from editing and to create new page.

If you need time before applying this request permanently, could you please
apply this request temporarily on 18-Sep to 28-Sep? Majority of admins will
take leave on those days because of long full week holiday of [[:en:Eid
ul-Fitr]]. Lot of vandalism can happened on that days where no admins around.
It can be a major vandalism problem.
